Lavender Tea ( لیونڈر چائے - Lavender Chai) is native to the Mediterranean region, including parts of France, Spain, Italy and surrounding areas.
Botanical or Organic name: Lavandula angustifolia Mill.
Main benefits: Lavender tea is naturally caffeine-free and traditionally enjoyed for relaxation, calming, stress support, and a soothing bedtime routine. Lavender flower preparations have a long history of traditional use for mild mental stress and to aid sleep.
Ways to enjoy: Brew it as a hot herbal tea, serve it chilled as iced tea, or combine it with honey, lemon, mint, chamomile, or other caffeine-free herbal teas.
Recommended intake: For a herbal infusion, 1–2 g of dried lavender flowers in about 150 ml of boiling water, up to 3 times daily is a traditional medicinal-tea dosage described by the EMA. For a regular wellness beverage, 1–2 cups daily is a more conservative choice.
Tip: Enjoy a warm cup of lavender tea in the evening to create a calm and relaxing bedtime ritual. Add a little honey for a naturally smooth and soothing flavor.
